Our business operates solely as an online store. We do not operate a physical showroom or receive walk-in visitors.

All prices on our website are stated in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update product offerings and pricing at any time without prior notice.

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, specifications, and photography as accurately as possible. However, actual colours, grain patterns, and textures may vary slightly depending on display settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of materials.

In the event of a typographical error or technical inaccuracy regarding pricing, availability, or specifications, we reserve the right to correct the error and decline or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. If your payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund promptly.

Submitting an order through our checkout constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order or issue an official order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, unforeseen stock shortages, pricing errors, delivery destination restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a prompt refund to the original payment method.

Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers. Payment details must be valid, authorised, and belong to the purchaser. We never see or store your full payment card numbers.

We sell to customers and ship internationally. Shipping rates, available methods, and delivery times depend on the destination region and are quoted per region at checkout or confirmed by email.

Orders typically require 5 to 8 business days of processing before dispatch for large furniture items. Delivery is standard freight to the delivery address door or kerbside only. We do not provide in-home placement, room assembly, or packaging removal services.

Import duties, customs taxes, VAT/GST, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge.

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Mattresses must be completely unused. The buyer is responsible for return shipping freight and any applicable customs charges.

Please note that we do not offer a sleep trial or risk-free trial period on our mattresses or furniture.

All products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

When you register an account on our store, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
